Program Manager
My client is looking for a Program Manager who can support the rollout of an interactive product across multiple partners in broadcasting and sports. This person will help coordinate new launches, manage day-to-day communication with partner teams, and keep internal departments aligned on timelines and deliverables. The role suits someone early in their program or project management career who enjoys cross functional work and can stay organized while juggling several moving parts. Bilingual skills are a plus, since some work will support their LATAM product.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of partner onboarding and product launch, including integration steps, testing, marketing alignment, and post launch tracking
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner teams, providing consistent support and clear communication
- Monitor performance metrics to help the team understand ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze data to generate insights, summarize findings, and make recommendations for upcoming campaigns or product updates
- Connect regularly with partner accounts to understand needs, challenges, and growth opportunities, and provide internal reports on performance
- Work closely with marketing on positioning, asset development, and key program activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and improve the overall partner experience
Requirements
- Experience in program management or project management
- Ability to learn quickly and operate comfortably in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tight timelines
- Creative problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and support strategic decisions
- Interest in sports and gaming is helpful but not required
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
