ISO Coordinator
Looking for an individual to maintain and oversee our organization's ISO compliance and certification, ensuring that company policies, procedures, and processes align with current ISO standards. Their key duties include conducting internal audits, identifying non-conformities, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, and preparing documentation for both internal and external audits. They also provide training to employees on quality management systems and ISO requirements, coordinate audit schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
Daily responsibilities involve maintaining and updating compliance documentation, monitoring adherence to standards, supporting process improvements, and preparing reports for management. This role requires a solid understanding of ISO standards, along with proficiency in document control software, quality management tools, and reporting systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for coordinating across departments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
