About the Position
Job Title: Level II Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuromusculoskeletal Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 hours Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of Med Surg experience License: Client RN License Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), Telemetry Experience Required Must-Have: Telemetry Experience, RN License, BLS Certification Description: Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards. The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. Candidates must have two years of Med Surg experience and possess a valid Client RN license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required, as well as telemetry experience. This position may require working weekends, holidays, and participating in on-call or callback responsibilities as needed.
