We are seeking a civil litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in Automobile and Premises Liability Defense, to join us in our NY office. This role offers a mix of independent case management and collaborative work, along with the option to work from home. Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide status reports
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, clients, and experts

What We're Looking For

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience with a focus on Auto & Premises Liability
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
