Speech-Language Pathologist
Company Description
Inclusive Pathways Speech, PLLC is a neuroaffirming pediatric private practice serving families in Queens. Founded by a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, the practice was built on the belief that therapy should be positive, joyful, and truly effective. We are now growing and expanding our team.
At Inclusive Pathways Speech, we believe every child deserves to be understood, celebrated, and supported. We take a neuroaffirming approach, meeting each child where they are and honoring their unique ways of communicating, moving, and connecting.
We specialize in child-led, play-based therapy with a focus on early childhood communication and language development. Our work is play-based, evidence-informed, and family-centered, with sessions delivered in a sensory gym located in Queens. Therapy emphasizes connection over compliance and integrates the DIR-Floortime framework to support regulation, engagement, and relationship-based learning.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through specialized care that values flexibility, curiosity, and relationship-driven intervention.
Role Description
This is a part-time, center-based position located in Queens where families arrive on-site for sessions in a sensory gym environment. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evidence-based speech and language therapy at the center, including individualized treatment aligned with IEP goals, monitoring and documenting client progress, collaborating with families, and maintaining timely and accurate records such as session notes and progress reports. The role offers flexibility, choice of preferred age ranges, and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding private practice. In addition to center-based sessions, clinicians also have the option to take on private pay cases, allowing for a manageable caseload and additional earning opportunities.
