Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - $4,000 Base + Monthly Bonus | W-2 | Mandarin Required

New York Four Seasons Acupuncture PC (Managed by Phoenix Care Health Group) is a well-established Traditional Chinese Medicine & integrative healthcare group with multiple locations throughout New York. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our professional clinical team.

This is a stable W-2 position with guaranteed base pay, a clearly defined monthly bonus structure, paid time off, and long-term growth opportunities .

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $4,000 per month (guaranteed)
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
• Massage Guarantee: Minimum 4 massage hours per workday
• Employment Type: W-2 (all taxes fully reported)

Bonus Pay (Monthly-Based Calculation – Please Read Carefully)

• A minimum of 4 massage hours per workday is guaranteed
• Bonus compensation is calculated on a monthly basis, not daily
• Based on a standard schedule of 20 working days per month , the monthly guaranteed massage hours equal 80 hours
• Only massage hours exceeding 80 total hours per month qualify for bonus pay
• Bonus Rate: $50 per hour for each hour above 80 massage hours per month
• Extra hours worked on one day do not generate bonus unless the monthly total exceeds 80 hours

Example: If you perform 5 massage hours one day and 3 hours the next day, the monthly average remains 4 hours per day, and no bonus is generated.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage and Tui Na treatments
• Collaborate with acupuncturists and healthcare providers
• Maintain clear and accurate treatment documentation
• Deliver consistent, patient-centered care in a clinical setting

Qualifications

• ✔ New York State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or medical setting
• ✔ Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)
• ✔ Cantonese is a strong plus
• ✔ Experience with Tui Na, therapeutic massage, or deep tissue massage preferred
• ✔ Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term employment
