Senior Wealth Advisor - Remote - WFH -
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, M&A, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to wealth management and business growth.
Business Development: Drive new client acquisition efforts while contributing to the firm's overall business development strategy.
Data-Driven Advice: Analyze client financial data to deliver comprehensive, personalized financial plans and investment strategies.
Investment Strategy: Design and implement long-term investment strategies that align with clients' goals, including tax, retirement, and estate planning.
Third-Party Coordination: Partner with external service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Technology Advocacy: Play an influential role in shaping the development of advisor technology platforms, ensuring tools meet the evolving needs of clients and the firm.
Team Growth: Assist in recruiting top-tier wealth managers and provide training and mentorship to new staff, fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
What You Bring: Experience: A minimum of 10 years in investment advisory with an established client book.
Licensing: Certified to work as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or equivalent).
Ownership & Impact: A passion for ownership and the ability to make a direct impact on business growth and client satisfaction.
Fintech Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in the intersection of fintech and wealth management.
Thriving in Fast-Paced Environments: Proven ability to succeed in a fast-moving, innovative, and results-oriented setting.
