Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of our largest pharmaceutical clients onsite 5x/week in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Automation team within the Engineering and Automation space to lead multiple mission critical projects across the organization. This candidate will be expected to own/lead the creation and execution of project road mapping, gap identification/mitigation, and scheduling for multiple cross functional teams on various capital projects. This individual additionally be expected to lead in creating a project database for tracking 17+ individual projects and their associated updates. They will begin with assisting in the creation/management of a computer software validation strategy and roadmap for new equipment and technologies. The client is ideally looking for someone with proven technical expertise who is also a self-driven, forward-thinking individual is able to strategize and mitigate project risk on a large scale.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience

• Around 5 years of experience/in depth technical understanding of rockwell and factory talk batch from a PM perspective

• CSV/CSA validation expertise

• Extensive hands on experience in project planning/scheduling on a capital scale

• Background in pharmaceuticals/GxP environments

• Excellent comms and proven ability to work cross functionally

• Project 2021 - Experience with Plant PAX
