Mechanic II- 2nd Shift
Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end-to-end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity. Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation. Person requires positive outlook and high energy level for very fast paced stressful working environment. In addition to being resourceful and having excellent interpersonal skills, must be team oriented. Strong leadership abilities with the skill set to exercise independent judgment with respect to real or potential problems. Must possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficient in communicating both written and oral.
