We are looking for candidates for a Customer Development Manager - Home & Personal Care in the Pure Play / Amazon Team . Your role will involve translating brand strategies into effective digital sales and marketing plans to enhance Colgate's brands and categories online performance. This position requires collaboration with the Marketing, Retail Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Content teams. There is no better time to work and learn more about eCommerce!

What you will do:
- Work closely with all cross functional partners including significant exposure to Retail Marketing, Digital Commerce and Supply Chain
- Manage the HPC P&L and deliver on all KPls including Net Sales, GTN, Profit, Market Share and executional excellence
- Own all elements of the ecommerce planning, manage 7Ps, forecasting and planning from beginning to end internally & externally
- Master data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Influence cross-functional partners to ensure effective execution of search, content & shopper marketing activities based on strong customer understanding
- Work with Colgate’s supply chain team to ensure our products are always in stock and available online
- Lead content implementation & partner with Omni Marketing team to identify content optimization opportunities
- Liaise with Amazon’s Strategic Account representative to drive key business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
- Comfortable with managing in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Analytical skills, able to understand the business and develop reporting to support decision making
- Digitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of eCommerce
- Ability to understand systems including Google Docs (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing and eCommerce is a plus
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central (and/or prior Amazon experience) preferable
- Proactive, takes initiatives to anticipate and resolve issues
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD
