Location: Bronx, NY

Type: Contract | 36 Hours/Week

Pay: $2,587.50 / Week (Weekly Gross)

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12s

Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)for an exciting job in Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and treatment response

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products per physician orders

• Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and perform hemodynamic monitoring

• Assist with ICU procedures including arterial/central line management

• Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions (CPR, rapid response)

• Coordinate care plans with physicians and allied health teams

• Educate and support patient families throughout the treatment process

• Maintain compliance with infection control and ICU protocols

• Accurately document all assessments and interventions

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

• PALS certification required (BLS and/or ACLS highly preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Maternal & Child or Pediatric ICU experience

• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure acute care setting
