You will also collaborate with other teams to streamline operations, optimise marketing and sales tools and technology, and improve overall performance.

The Opportunity

As part of the Agency and Production Management team you will lead the evolution of our advertising agency operating model, securing strategic alignment and operational excellence. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, oversee multiple projects, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, driving business growth and fostering an environment where creativity thrives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape agency compensation frameworks and enhance production budgets, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve our marketing operations.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience in agency leadership, agency relations, production management, and/or marketing operations

- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred

- Demonstrating thought leadership in team management

- Overseeing advertising agency operating models and governance

- Leading agency compensation frameworks focused on excellence

- Managing centralized production budgets in collaboration with Finance

- Directing agency and production funding teams with clarity

- Driving compliance with procurement and risk management standards

- Championing measurement through performance scorecards and dashboards

- Engaging effectively with executive-level stakeholders

- Thorough knowledge of agency models, compensation structures, and industry trends

- Enhanced financial and contractual acumen

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
