Product Manager

Findigs
New York, NY

Who we are

Findigs is on a mission to make renting work for all of us: to support every path, and simplify the way forward. We’re making every aspect of renting fairer, stress-free, and more convenient by changing the fundamentals of renting.

Our digital rental application offers a safe and seamless way to apply and get approved for your next home. We specialize in developing software and services for property managers nationwide, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to renters, while evaluating applications with unmatched speed and precision.

The Team

Our Product Team is heavily involved in the strategic planning and business goals of the organization—owning roadmap planning and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather competitive landscape insights, define objectives, and craft compelling value propositions. Working alongside Design and Engineering, we transform these strategic inputs into high-impact product initiatives that expand our product suite and deliver meaningful value to our customers.

You’ll join a team that values transparency, accountability, and iteration. Our Product Managers partner deeply with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver exceptional results for both renters and property managers.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who is highly collaborative, empathetic, and analytical, with strong technical fluency and a passion for building complex, system-level products that drive real business impact.

In this role, you’ll own the systems that power our Decisions and Outcomes team, which is responsible for Findigs’ core revenue product, DecisionAssist, and combines automated screening, ruleset orchestration, fraud detection, and specialist workflows to deliver end-to-end decision guidance for rental applications. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Screening Operations, Data, Design, and GTM teams to drive faster, fairer, and more accurate outcomes for property managers and renters.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow and evolve the product that fundamentally differentiates Findigs—directly reducing evictions, catching fraud, and making renting faster and fairer. The decisioning space is ripe for innovation, and you’ll shape the product during a critical growth phase.

Where you will make an impact:

  • Own the Decisions & Outcomes roadmap end-to-end from discovery and scoping through delivery and measurement, across ruleset orchestration, fraud detection, specialist tooling, and decision accuracy.
  • Drive measurable improvements to decision speed, accuracy, and fraud prevention, directly impacting win rates, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Translate complex technical systems into clear business value narratives, presenting to executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to identify and integrate new signals for fraud detection, risk assessment, and decision automation, including exploring ML-driven signals and dynamic ruleset optimization.
  • Expand DecisionAssist’s capabilities to serve more complex customer segments, including affordable housing, student housing, and large multifamily.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication, ensuring Screening Ops, Sales, Market, and Customer Success teams are informed and aligned on upcoming changes to decisioning systems.
  • Influence company-level product strategy as an experienced voice in the PM org, connecting decisioning work to broader goals around the renter journey, new segments, and competitive moats.
  • Mentor and elevate junior PMs, sharing domain expertise in decisioning systems and establishing best practices for discovery, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management owning complex, system-level products.
  • Deep understanding of decisioning systems, rules engines, or workflow automation at scale.
  • Experience owning a revenue-generating product end-to-end, including roadmap, discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and system architecture trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into business value narratives for executives and customers.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product iteration.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership; you can drive alignment across Engineering, Ops, Design, and GTM with authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can present confidently to leadership and customers.
  • Experience with fraud detection, risk systems, or compliance-sensitive products.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Proptech, Fintech, or Insurtech industry experience.
  • Experience with screening, underwriting, or identity verification systems.
  • Familiarity with fair housing regulations or consumer reporting compliance.
  • SQL proficiency and hands-on analytics experience (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience scaling a product through rapid customer growth.

What we offer:

  • Location: We operate on a hybrid schedule (3x times in-office per week), with in-office days at our newly renovated NoHo office.
  • Mission-Driven Culture: A collaborative, high-impact workplace where we challenge each other to grow, innovate, and drive meaningful change.
  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary + Pre-IPO equity.
  • Generous Time Off: We trust our team to manage their own time and workload. That’s why we offer an Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, allowing you to take the time you need to rest and recharge. We also observe all-company holidays.
  • Wellness Perks: Health benefits, 401(k) matching up to 4%, monthly gym stipend, and lunch provided every day.

$175,000 - $215,000 a year
