Project Administrator - Construction Administration
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, design-focused consultancy known for delivering complex, well-executed projects and maintaining exceptionally high standards during construction.

Office: New York, NY
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 6:00 pm
Duties • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and clear, concise minutes • Manage submittals and RFIs through Procore (or similar systems) • Track reviews, follow up with design teams, and keep workflows moving • Monitor changes impacting scope, cost, and programme • Support QA/QC processes and flag issues before they escalate • Maintain priority lists and ensure deadlines and service levels are met
Requirements • Background in architecture, construction, or construction administration • 3–5 years’ experience in an architectural or CA environment • Confident using Procore or similar platforms • Strong understanding of construction documentation • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable communicating with consultants and contractors
