Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a designated client account. This position entails a need for excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong operational leadership and staff management skills and someone who is a superior relationship builder.

This account entails a cafe, catering and pantry services and offers a desireable Monday through Friday schedule (some evenings required). You will manage a small hourly staff. Outstanding hospitality skills, relationship building and hands on leadership is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages day to day operations of an account
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Oversees financials as it pertains to the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of foodservice operation experience
• Previous experience managing financials including budgets and P&L
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice compan
