ABOUT US

Atlantic Ivy is an elite debate and public speaking academy headquartered in Dubai, serving students across the GCC and worldwide through both in-person classes at our Barsha Heights location and live online programs. Our founders have been at the forefront of debate education in the United States, United Kingdom, and East Asia. Between them, they've coached at Oxford, Columbia, and over 30 high schools worldwide. Our programs span competitive debate, public speaking, the World Scholar's Cup, academic writing, tournament training, summer intensives, and university admissions consulting for students ages 5–18. Through partnerships with leading universities, our students compete on international stages, including the Harvard Invitational, the Yale Invitational, and other premier tournaments, and have placed at every tournament they have attended.

THE ROLE

Atlantic Ivy is currently hiring a Sales Representative across our Debate, Public Speaking, and World Scholar's Cup products. This is a full-time role, where candidates are expected to work 40 hours a week. That being said, it is fully remote and partially asynchronous, assuming you are able to consistently operate on UAE time. This makes it a good fit for either freelancers or students looking for supplemental income during their studies. Part-time work will be considered for exceptional applicants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Regularly calling outbound leads to qualify them

– Managing communications with parents

– Writing and sending cold emails and messages

– Monitoring Atlantic Ivy's social media profiles

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

– English fluency

– Strong social and interpersonal skills

– Sales experience, or experience interacting directly with customers (ideally parents)

– Basic knowledge of debate and a willingness to learn about Atlantic Ivy's products

COMPENSATION

USD 2,000 – 4,000 per month, with sales bonuses available.
