Inventory Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- • Pick-Pack orders to be fulfilled to ensure customer satisfaction and in a manner consistent with driving efficiency and cost savings
- • Operate a Forklift to unload shipments and move inventory
- • Maintain accurate inventory counts
- • Support Returns and special projects
- • Utilizes various shipping software to ensure postage is affixed to packages and sorted by carrier. Settles accounts at the end of day ensuring notification to shipping companies.
- • Ensure orders and special projects/promotional shipments are handled in order received while evaluating needed fulfillment project to ensure minimal back orders.
- • Perform warehouse duties as necessary: maintain packaging supplies at packing stations, support other pick/pack staff as needed, release orders as needed and take photos of new parts
Skills:
- • 1-2 years related experience in Warehouse environment
- • Certified to drive a forklift
- • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- • Speed and can act decisively and with a strong sense of urgency. You strive to remove barriers to speed to achieve objectives more quickly and effectively.
- • Ability to efficiently handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to necessary detail
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Education/Experience:
- • 1-2 years related experience in Warehouse environment
- • Certified to drive a forklift
