Roster Management Coordinator
Position Summary
The Roster Management Coordinator will provide patient access and roster management coordination in support of value-based and other capitation arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities ( including but not limited to )
- Obtaining and managing patient rosters from participating payers
- Ensuring timely new-patient outreach and scheduling
- Documenting and closing the loop on new patient outreach
- Tracking outreach and scheduling activities
- Providing necessary roster removal documentation to payers
- Monitor payer attribution methods
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Qualifications or Education, Training, and Experience
- Education: High School Diploma is required; two-year degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience:
- Primary care or a specialty setting required.
- Proven work experience in healthcare facility and/or strong customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology required.
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required.

Pay range: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
