Position Summary:

The Coordinator, Ecomm Samples plays a vital dual-support role in ensuring seamless sample execution across studio and merchandising operations. This position is critical to scaling the "Complete the Look" (CTL) program and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of product photography for e-commerce. By managing the integrity and readiness of samples from pre-production through post-shoot, the Coordinator will help drive improved conversion, styling consistency, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample Management & Set Readiness

• Vet product racks prior to delivery to set to confirm accuracy, completeness, and shoot readiness.
• Scan and build shot lists based on daily styling and PDP sample requirements.
• Tag and log every styled look captured on set to support scalable “Shop the Look” PDP initiatives.
• Assist with day-to-day closet maintenance, including organization, retrieval, and restocking of samples.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with the Studio Sample Closet Manager to manage sample flow and prioritization for shoots.
• Collaborate with the Merch Sample Manager to ensure SKU-level accuracy and timely check-ins of incoming samples.
• Track and log sample movements and project statuses using relevant tools and trackers (e.g., Creative Force, Excel).

Quality Control & Issue Management

• Proactively flag missing, incorrect, or damaged samples in real time to avoid shoot delays.
• Ensure accurate sample pairing and labeling to eliminate manual attribution errors post-shoot.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sample management, fashion production, merchandising operations, or a related field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume workflows.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with merchandising, studio, and production teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce photography, product tagging, and sample lifecycle processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Creative Force.

This role is foundational to supporting the growth of styled PDP content across global regions. By ensuring real-time accuracy and documentation at the point of capture, the Coordinator, Ecomm Samples will enable a more scalable, conversion-focused, and collaborative approach to e-commerce content creation.

Pay Range:$59,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
