A multi-platform media & arts company is seeking a highly experienced Executive Personal Assistant to partner closely with its CEO. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring seamless management of both business and personal priorities.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a similar, fast-paced, and high-performance environment required
- Candidates must be coming directly from fast-paced environments (entertainment, finance, law, etc.)
- Candidates must be coming directly from 1x1 Personal Assistant positions
- Ability to commute to Midtown, NYC, 5x per week required
- Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Arts is highly preferred
The Opportunity
- Act as a true right hand to the CEO, managing day-to-day priorities across business and personal matters
- Oversee complex calendar management, travel coordination, and logistics
- Serve as liaison across internal teams, partners, and personal contacts
- Support projects, meetings, and ongoing initiatives across multiple areas
- Bring structure, organization, and efficiency to a dynamic environment
