Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. hiring on behalf of a client, seeking a legal professional to manage and negotiate commercial contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, licensing, vendor agreements).
- Advise on legal, commercial, and compliance matters (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act).
- Identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Manage contract templates, audits, and legal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
Qualifications
- JD and active NY Bar
- 5+ years of commercial contracts experience, preferably in technology/SaaS.
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
