This structure allows clinicians to find opportunities that align with their professional goals, preferred populations, and work style. This posting is a general application for licensed therapists interested in current or upcoming opportunities within our partner practices. Licensed Mental Health Therapists at our partner practices provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in these roles typically includes maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, completing documentation accurately and on time, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Please note: ARC Health supports recruiting for partner practices. All employment decisions, compensation, and clinical operations are managed directly by the individual practices. - Active, unrestricted Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC license in the applicable state
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Experience with specific populations (children, adolescents, couples, trauma, etc.)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
