Position Details:
As the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide direct clinical services through a combination of center based, in-home, and in-community delivery. You will interface with patients, families and teachers to complete clinical assessment and use assessment data to develop, implement and track progress on behavioral plans.
Reporting to the Clinical Director, this is a full-time, exempt and hybrid (4 days in office/onsite, 1 day remote) position.
You Will:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents with autism spectrum or related neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Use naturalistic approaches of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to evaluate, develop treatment plans, and implement 1:1 therapy for toddlers through young adults with autism.
- Run social skills groups using evidenced based, manualized interventions (e.g., PEERS, Children's Friendship Training, Social Thinking).
- Provide direct services in the clinic, community, child's home, and school.
- Use assessment data to define target behaviors, develop behavioral plans, and track progress towards established goals.
- Analyze and improve behavior plans at regular intervals to ensure that patients and families achieve.
- Collaborate with our clinical colleagues, including receiving and providing consultation, to support team-based care within our practice.
- Ensure all clinical documentation requirements are met.
You Have:
- Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or related field required.
- 3+ years' experience as a BCBA in either clinical, special education or early intervention settings.
- Certification and licensure: BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Licensed applied behavior analyst (LBA) from New York State required.
- Training in naturalistic forms of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) required.
- Training or clinical experience in one or more of the following required: Incidental Teaching (IT), Natural Environmental Training (NET), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support (SCERTS), JASPER, Project ImPACT, or Pivotal Response Training (PRT).

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
