Forklift Operator

Randstad is looking for a Certified Forklift Operator to join a high-volume distribution center. We need a professional who understands that moving inventory isn't just about speed—it's about accuracy, safety, and maintaining the flow of a sophisticated supply chain.
salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Safe Maneuvering: Expertly operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve heavy pallets in high-density storage areas.
- Loading & Unloading: Coordinate the rapid intake and outbound shipment of freight from commercial trailers and flatbeds.
- Inventory Accuracy: Utilize RF scanners to track material movement, ensuring all stock is correctly placed and accounted for in the system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-operation safety checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and OSHA compliance.
- Warehouse Support: Assist the general warehouse team with manual lifting, sorting, and palletizing as needed during peak hours.
