Manager, Functions Finance (FP&A)
- Provide Function stakeholders with financial guidance on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to key financial processes and timelines - Conduct scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and inform decision making on Function priorities - Support the preparation and management of the annual budget and long range plan for the Function(s) - Execute the estimate and closing processes, including analysis of results and clear reporting of financial performance - Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and performance reviews (eg. monthly results and KPI dashboards) for senior management - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary. Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve and perform value added FP&A functions. Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work independently and in groups. Has experience using the following systems, SAP, OneStream and Excel Prioritizing: Systematically assessing tasks, responsibilities, and goals, and allocating resources effectively to focus efforts on activities that contribute most significantly to achieving desired outcomes Business Acumen: Leveraging an understanding of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to influence effective business strategies and tactics Problem Solving: Identifying and understanding problems by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and developing solutions based on available facts and probable consequences. Building Partnerships: Building productive relationships with business partners and creating value by meeting current and emerging needs. Influencing Others: Using effective involvement and influence strategies to gain commitment to one's ideas and persuade key stakeholders to act that will advance shared business goals. Please note this position can sit in either our New York or Melville office. Pay Range:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
