Operations and Logistics Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all logistics and courier accounts, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle all claims, Accounts Recievable, and orders on a daily basis
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with any accounting functions and taking all orders and placing into accounting software system
- Support in banking and approvals
- Must be an Expert in Excel and Microsoft
- Oversee vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in team management and training development
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent event planning skills with attention to detail
- Expert in file management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Experience with budgeting processes is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
