Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 Base | $130,000+ First-Year OTE at Plan

About the Opportunity

Our client provides credit union members with an industry-leading auto buying resource, offering vehicle pricing, unbiased reviews, video presentations, expert advice, and more through an easy-to-use platform.

We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Dealer Relationship Manager with strong interpersonal and sales skills to manage relationships with automobile dealerships throughout the New York Metro territory.

This role will focus on building and maintaining dealership relationships, facilitating system training, and achieving territory volume goals.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships throughout the assigned territory
• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealership partners
• Facilitate system training and ensure dealership partners understand and effectively use the platform
• Drive dealership engagement and meet territory volume goals
• Develop new dealership relationships and identify opportunities for growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted resource to dealership partners
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify needs and provide effective solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience selling into automobile dealerships — required
• Strong relationships within the Metro New York automotive dealership market
• B2B sales experience
• Automotive leasing and/or lending experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Consultative selling and closing skills, or the aptitude to quickly develop these skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Solid computer skills
• Good driving record and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable managing a territory independently

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary
