UX Designer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented UX Designer with strong experience in design systems and usability auditing. This role involves maintaining library navigation components, performing heuristic analysis, and ensuring consistency across digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality design solutions. On a day to day basis candidates will conduct heuristic analysis to audit and identify usability and visual issues across experiences for both mobile and web, work in Figma to ensure components are properly maintained and function as intended, as well as

update and manage design documentation for accuracy and clarity for delivery across design teams.

Execute production-based design work for various projects.

Perform hands-on heuristic analysis and train teams on usability principles.

Provide training on component usage best practices to design and development teams.

Create Figma prototypes for concepting and ideation.

Write and maintain documentation for component usage and design standards.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of UX Design experience for web and mobile applications

Customer experience design focus

Create Figma prototypes for concepting and ideation

Write and maintain documentation for component usage and design standards

Heuristic analysis - auditing and identifying usability and visual issues in experiences

Great collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional design partners - training teams on component usage best practices
