How you'll make an impact

  • Share market expertise and keep clients informed about compliance-related issues.
  • Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables.
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, aiming for a 95% retention rate.
  • Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards .
About You

  • Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to influencing events and achieving team goals.
  • Adaptability and composure when managing multiple priorities.
  • A desire to continuously learn and improve efficiency and productivity .
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of client coordination/claims management experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience .
  • Appropriate licensing and certifications, with the ability to travel as needed .

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
