We are seeking experienced dental professionals who are ready to use their skills in a new, meaningful way.

What You’ll Do

As a Smile Potential Coach, you will:

• Visit dental practices throughout your region
• Observe systems, workflows, and team dynamics
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Provide hands-on coaching and implementation support
• Help teams create lasting operational and cultural change
• Coach within your area of expertise, including:

- Clinical assisting

- Hygiene

- Front office/administration

- Team communication and systems

You’ll be supported by a collaborative coaching team, proven systems, proprietary tools, and comprehensive training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of dental experience as an:

- RDH

- Office Manager

- Dental Administrator

- RDA/Clinical Team Member

• Experienced dental coaches and consultants are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must live in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally for client work or events
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing teams
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within practices
