THE OPPORTUNITY

This is the perfect "own something big while you're still early in your career" opportunity. You'll help build and define Noble's visual identity across web, app, events, and social media. Starting as a freelance designer, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our founding in-house designer within 3–6 months.

You'll work side-by-side with our marketing and product teams and have a direct line to our co-founders. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for designing experiences that will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people nationally, Noble is the place for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing and Social

• Create eye-catching assets for social media
• Build templates in Canva and Figma so our team and partners can create on-brand Noble assets quickly.
• Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, swag, event signage, and booth displays for our Noble activations and OFFLINE parties.

2. Product & Digital

• Collaborate on app interface design and user experience improvements that make Noble delightful and easy to use.
• Design landing pages, email campaigns, and web assets that convert visitors into subscribers.
• Create illustrations, icons, and visual elements that bring our "get paid to scroll less" message to life.

3. Brand Building

• Help evolve and maintain Noble's visual identity as we grow from startup to national movement.
• Design for various channels—web, mobile, social, out-of-home, digital ads, packaging, and more.
• Ensure brand consistency while evolving our look.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 2–5 years of design experience (freelance, in-house, agency, or startup environments).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital marketing, social media, brand identity, and ideally some product/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Canva.
• Ability and willingness to work out of our Manhattan office 2 days a week
• You can work fast and ship daily— we're talking multiple assets per day, not one masterpiece per week.
• Experience designing for social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X) and understanding what performs.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (for TikToks, Reels, and social ads).
• You've designed for a DTC brand, startup, or mission-driven company before.
• You have a personal design style or side projects that show your creative range.
• You believe phones have stolen too much of our lives and want to help give it back.
