Mechanical Assembler

A leading manufacturing company in Deer Park, NY is seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanical Assembler to join its team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience and be comfortable using hand tools to assemble and build industrial packaging machinery. Responsibilities

• Assemble and build packaging machines and mechanical components
• Use a variety of hand tools, including wrenches and socket wrenches
• Install and assemble valves, cylinders, fittings, and other mechanical components
• Read and follow assembly drawings, instructions, and specifications
• Perform mechanical assembly, adjustments, and alignments
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and quality
• Troubleshoot and make mechanical adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
