- AI Enthusiast
- Should have 5 years of hands-on Python experience
- Should have experience with AI APIs like Chat GPT / Gemini / Perplexity
- Should have experience experimenting with Local LLMs like LLAMA or Mistral.
- Should have good knowledge and experience on Embeddings / Vector DB
- Should have experience building applications involving AI/ML or Gen AI
- Ability to evaluate various models and tools
- Strong technologist who can propose/review architecture and review team output
- Bonus : Experience in AI/ML (in addition to Gen AI)
Soft Skills :
- Very Good in Verbal and Written communication
- Should have Technical Team Management skills at a Tech Lead/Dev Manager capacity
- Ability to conduct meetings involving business stake holders
- Ability to comfortably interact with execs/sr. management.
- Self Motivated/Self Driven
