Licensed Audiologist
We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to join a patient-focused hearing healthcare practice in Glen Cove, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, fit and program hearing aids, and guide patients through their care with expertise and compassion. Ideal candidates combine clinical proficiency with excellent communication and a dedication to improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments and diagnostic testing for patients of all ages in Glen Cove.
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices tailored to patient needs.
- Provide counseling, education, and ongoing follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in audiology techniques, hearing technologies, and clinical best practices.
- Assist in enhancing practice workflows and patient experience initiatives in Glen Cove.
Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
- Active New York State Audiologist license.
- Proficiency with audiology software, EMR systems, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.
- Compassionate and professional bedside manner, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
