We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Mid-Level HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. This role involves hands-on installation of duct systems in both residential and light commercial projects. Ideal for someone who’s skilled, motivated, and looking to grow in a non-union company with steady work and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble sheet metal duct systems for HVAC in homes and small commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and mechanical layouts
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools
• Perform field layout based on job conditions and drawings
• Work with team leaders and junior helpers to complete jobs on time
• Always ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Provide basic troubleshooting or minor repairs when needed

Requirements

• 2–5 years of HVAC duct installation experience in residential and/or light commercial settings
• Proficient with tools such as snips, shears, drills, and other fabrication equipment
• Comfortable working at heights, in attics, basements, and tight spaces
• Able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to job quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
