Technology Teacher
The Cato-Meridian and Union Springs Central School Districts are excited to offer a shared, itinerant Technology Teacher position serving both districts. This unique role provides the opportunity to work within two supportive school communities, spending the fall semester immersed in Cato-Meridian’s newly renovated, state-of-the-art Agriculture & Technology Wing, and the spring semester at Union Springs, a district known for its strong sense of community and commitment to hands-on, student-centered learning.
This position reflects a growing trend across New York State, where districts collaborate to sustain and expand innovative programming while sharing resources. As part of this model, the selected candidate will benefit from a broad professional network, including opportunities to collaborate regionally with other technology educators and access ongoing support through BOCES and partner districts.
The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, project-based instruction that builds real-world skills in engineering, technology, and applied STEM, helping prepare students for both college and career pathways.
Salary range: $56,502–$66,000.
This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who values collaboration, innovation, and the chance to make an impact across multiple learning environments. We encourage interested candidates to apply and become part of a forward-thinking, regionally connected approach to technology education.
