What Youll Be Responsible For

Youll work directly with our Senior Estimator and leadership team to:

• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates that win work
• Analyze construction drawings, engineering plans, and specifications
• Perform detailed framing material take-offs
• Solicit and evaluate supplier pricing
• Support purchasing decisions and cost validation
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Construction, Production, and Project Management
• Assist with project scheduling and submittals
• Contribute in internal and client project meetings

This is hands-on estimating experience not a back-office data entry role.

• Solid understanding of construction and framing practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence
• Strong math, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Associates degree in Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
