We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager | Restaurant & Hospitality (NYC Area)

We’re looking for a PART-TIME creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing restaurant group and help shape the digital voice of our brand. If you are passionate about food, hospitality, and storytelling—and know how to turn real moments into meaningful engagement—this role is for you.

The Role
You will lead the development and execution of our social media strategy, working closely with our culinary, operations, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on, creative position that blends content creation, brand storytelling, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Create compelling photo and video content, including in-restaurant shoots, menu launches, and events
• Manage daily posting, engagement, comments, and direct messages
• Collaborate with chefs and leadership on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Analyze performance and optimize content using data and insights
• Build relationships with influencers, media, and local partners
• Support paid social campaigns and brand growth initiatives
• Stay current on hospitality, lifestyle, and digital trends

Qualifications
• 2+ years of social media or digital marketing experience (hospitality or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong photography, video, and editing skills
• Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and content scheduling tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for restaurants, food culture, and guest experience
• Flexible schedule for occasional nights and weekends
