About the Role

Luckin Coffee is redefining the coffee experience through smart technology and high-quality service. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our NYC team. In this role, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping to run daily operations in a high-volume environment. This is more than just making coffee; it is about managing a team, tracking digital KPIs, and ensuring every order meets our standards. What You Will Do

• Team Leadership: Assist with recruitment, training, and certification of new team members. You will help build a proactive service culture.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage scheduling, track attendance, and monitor hourly cup volume to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Inventory Control: Handle ordering, receiving, and stock allocation. You will also manage waste and handle product returns.
• Data-Driven Management: Use our digital tools to track store performance (KPIs) and report metrics to leadership.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold strict food safety standards, conduct self-inspections, and oversee store cleanliness.
• Delivery Logistics: Verify delivery orders and ensure timely fulfillment for our app-based customers.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage or retail (preferred).
• Availability: You must be able to work a rotating schedule. This includes Opening (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and Closing (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for management and reporting.
