Experience in Oracle Cloud Functional OTL Lead role
Implementation projects - OTL
- Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Functional Lead role
- Active Oracle Time & Labor certification is required
- Minimum 3 full cycle OTL/Absence implementations required
- Workforce Scheduler experience required
Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes
