What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.

Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.

• Guide users through system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Work with internal teams to escalte and resolve complex IT issues.

• Document technical issues and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline support services.
• Ensure excellent customer service by communicating solutions clearly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

We need a tech-savvy, patient problem-solver who loves helping people and solving IT challenges . If you're organized, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment , this role is for you.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications .
• Experience with troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and patience.

Nice-to-Haves:
