Listing description We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate PCA / HHA / Direct Care professional to join our team in Rhinebeck, NY. In this function, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in a healthcare facility setting. This is a day shift position with a competitive hourly rate of $20/hr. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, and there is potential for enrollment in a CNA Class/Course located on satisfactory attendance and work performance. Candidates must possess a GED/High School Diploma.

PCA / HHA / Direct Care General Requirements:

»High School Diploma or GED.

»Prior practice as a PCA, HHA, or Direct Care professional is preferred.

PCA / HHA / Direct Care Responsibilities:

»Assist Certified Nursing adjuncts (CNA) and other facility staff in performing their tasks effectively.

»Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

»Assist with mobility and transfers.

»Support patients in maintaining a clean and organized environment.

»Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.

»Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

»Follow care plans and instructions from managers.

»Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
