Warehouse Associate
Randstad is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Shipper to join a premier client in the Ronkonkoma area. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in getting orders out the door accurately and on time. What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in picking, packing, or shipping is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to use basic warehouse software and handheld scanners.
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Reliability: A "get-it-done" attitude with a track record of excellent attendance.

education: High School Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Efficiently locate and pull products from warehouse shelves based on digital or printed pick sheets.
- Packing & Preparation: Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit and ensure all orders are complete.
- Shipping Labels: Generate shipping labels and documentation using standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Warehouse Safety: Keep your workspace clean and follow all safety protocols to ensure a smooth operation.
