Housing Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Primary duties will be to assist Senior Director in administration of all housing department responsibilities. Will require cross training on several admin positions and varied responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Basic computer skills
Essential Functions:
· Assist in administration of Weatherization, Fuel Fund, and Facilities programs.
· Cross train on multiple positions within the Housing department.
· Assist with intake documentation and data recording.
· Coordinate scheduling, travel and accommodations for Facilities and Weatherization training.
· Provide general administrative support to programs.
· Maintain incoming / outgoing mail and check log.
· Attend outreach functions.
Physical Requirements: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing / Pulling up to 50 lbs. Standing / Walking frequently up to 8 hours / day.
Work Environment: Indoor / Outdoor conditions. Exposure to all elements (heat, cold, noise). Personal Protective Equipment furnished.
