Dealer Services Sales Manager

The New York State Automobile Dealers Association (NYSADA), located in downtown Albany, is seeking an experienced, motivated sales professional to lead and grow our dealer services operation. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with franchised automobile dealerships throughout New York State while representing a respected statewide industry association.

The successful candidate will manage dealer service relationships and drive sales of dealership supplies, business forms, promotional products, branded apparel, and value-added services to our membership network.

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships across New York State
• Manage and support dealer services sales operations
• Promote and sell dealership forms, supplies, promotional items, apparel, and related services
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up communications
• Assist with inventory management, order processing, and account support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent member satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Accounting and inventory management experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
