Part Time Administrative adjunct

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is eagerly seeking a part time Administrative adjunct for their client located near Newburgh, NY. The Administrative adjunct will help maintain the office operations by providing support to the employees and staff.


Job tasks include but are not limited:

»Receiving and relaying messages

»Maintaining office supplies and equipment

»Setting up work orders and scheduling appointments for prospective and current clients

»Entering data into QuickBooks

»Entering and updating mailing and contact lists and client information



Essential expertise for the Administrative adjunct:
As an Office adjunct, communication is key – our customer base is very broad and we want you to be able to communicate effectively. You must have at least 1-2 years of previous practice in a clerical setting. expertise of QuickBooks software is a plus.



Bonus expertise:

» capability to multi-task and work well under pressure - new challenges arise every day. You must be able to roll with the punches


Our client is seeking someone who is a fast learner with a positive attitude and eager to lgain more. this job offer will be Monday-Friday, with flex hours and will pay $16-$20 per hour. It will start at about 20 hours per week, with the potential to go full time.
