Home Health Aide (HHA)
Job Description-“Immediate openings”
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our Assisted Living Facility team. HHAs provide hands-on personal care and support to residents while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Assist with activities
- Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- Valid HHA certification (NY State preferred, if applicable)
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Must pass background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
