What You Will Do

The Thayers rocketship is looking for a manager, head of talent/creator partnerships to take us to the next level & own all relationships + programming in house. If you’re ready to dive headfirst into the world of ‘indie’ growth & move at the speed of the feed, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond the ‘authentic’ sponsored post. You don’t just execute campaigns – you architect long-term, cultural momentum that actually makes an impact. Real influence is getting people to love our brand AND purchase our products. This is a role for true disrupters who aren’t satisfied with traditional social KPIs & benchmarks; it’s for those who’ve mastered the best practices so that they can break them... & ultimately create new ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own everything (creator relationships, brand A&I strategy, campaign strategy, budget) soup-to-nuts with the backend support of Influential
  • Work in close partnership with 1 direct report + the Head of US Brand Engagement
  • Activate the aligned strategy across key digital + IRL moments
  • Work hyper collaboratively with PR, social, paid, marketing operations, & retail activation teams
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, vendors, CDMO guidelines, and goals at once, including owning the agency relationship for creator + supporting the agency relationship for PR
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and blast through typical KPIs
  • Are extremely organized and detailed oriented. Diligence is a badge of honor
  • Day to Day:
    • Autonomously write briefs & deliver live to partners
    • Autonomously review concepts, creative & hit the greenlight
    • Autonomously ensure values match + traackr processes are followed at 100% in accordance with all CDMO auditing procedures + SOI reporting tactics
    • Lead talent negotiations in partnership with US Head of Brand Engagement
    • Lead talent communications in partnership with US Head of Brand Engagement
    • Lead budget management in partnership with US Head of Brand Engagement
  • Display high levels of cultural awareness & trendspotting
  • Know how to be a team player with agencies, partners, and internally. the unspoken KPI is vibes

Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Has previous influencer management experience
  • Has previously managed an agency
  • Has previously managed a budget
  • Must be organized but also nimble and flexible to adjust to real-time demand
  • Can think creatively and strategically with strong analytic skills
  • Has a strong track record in regard to Values Match, Traackr, + SOI processes


Additional Benefits Information As Follows

  • Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
