2. Cross-Functional Leadership
a. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and leadership.
b. Provide structured product directions to engineers working on infrastructure, devops and development.
c. Guide Data Engineering on pipelines, ingestion frameworks, data quality, governance, and platform scalability.
d. Ensure cross-team alignment around deadlines, dependencies, and release scope.
e. Partner with engineering on architecture, resource needs, and execution plans.
f. Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization in collaboration with the CTO and engineering.
g. Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines support rapid, reliable releases and continuous improvement.
3. Product Delivery & Quality
a. Oversee end‑to‑end delivery from concept through launch, iteration, and scaling.
b. Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
c. Ensure platform reliability, observability, security, and data quality are foundational in product decisions.
d. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across engineering workflows, product feedback loops, and delivery processes.
Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of product management experience working with technical, platform‑focused, or data‑driven products.
2. Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures, engineering workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and data standardization concepts.
3. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-aligned priorities and clear specifications.
4. Experience building B2B products in fast-paced environments
5. Proven experience in lean product management or related roles.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Experience with surety, insurance, financial services, or fintech platforms a plus.
