Machine Operator

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, this is the job for you. salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to company procedures
• Set up machines for production runs
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency or correct issues
• Load raw materials into machines
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical problems
• Follow workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain production records and reports
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment malfunctions
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Work with supervisors and team members to improve production processes
